South West State Civil Service Commission is Independence Commission established in 2015 by Presidential Degree NO. 46/2015, that degree allowed to establish a legal and administrative framework for an effective and impartial Civil Service for the Southwest State of Somalia, based on the principles of merit and equality of opportunity.
The Mission of the Civil Service Commission is to recruit a Civil Service based on a merit and to provide leadership and services to support an ethical and effective public service for the people of Southwest State of Somalia.
